Booking & Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations greatly impact our ability to offer the best standard of care to our clients.
All Summerrhill Skin Clinic clients receive a confirmation text message 24 hours prior to their appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours notice. This is so that we can offer your timeslot to another client, allowing you to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will incur a 50% charge for a full-priced service booked, or 100% charge of a promotional appointment. We may request treatments to be paid in full prior to your next service for repeated cancellations or no-shows.
